What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are securely processed through Shopify. Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. No payment plans are accepted.

Where is my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 3 days and you'll receive an email once processed. Please note, once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days before it becomes available in your chosen payment method used for placing your order.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Absolutely. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

Creating an account is recommended if you'd like to check your order history and have your shopping cart items and payment detals saved for next time.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox spam or junk folders before contacting in case the order confirmation was diverted.

What countries do you ship to?

Most countries worldwide are available. If you can't complete checkout because there is no shipping option available, please get in contact with me so I can find a delivery method for your location.

Do you ship to the UK?

Yes! Please note that since the UK left the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply on orders over 135GBP.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depends on the items you've ordered and your location. Because there is no fixed rate, it will be calculated at checkout before completing your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, always! You'll receive your tracking number by email. Please get in touch if you didn't receive your tracking email within a few days after placing your order.

If your order includes made-to-order items, please remember that there is a turnaround time. You can find the turnaround time in the shipping tab of each product page.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Reach out immediately! Usually we're able to locate your package or find an acceptable solution.

Can I add insurance on my order?

Packages with a value above 400EUR will be automatically insured at no extra cost. Insurance on other packages can be added upon request. Please ask for this option via email, as insurance costs are variable.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, only within accepted within 14 days after delivery and under certain conditions. Please read the Return policy to know if your case is eligible. In addition, returns can be refunded or exchanged, when possible.

How do I return an item?

Send an email to with the following information:

  • Your order number (or any other details if you don’t know it)
  • Which item you’d like to return
  • Your preference for refund or exchange
  • In case of damage, include photos of the faulty item

Your email will be attended as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for a response. The item must be returned within 14 days after receiving all the instructions.

You may be required to print shipping documentation needed for making the return.

Do you sell your collection on other websites?

I openend a shop on Etsy where I might list some items of my collection. However I recommend placing your orders on this website where the new collections are released. My offical Etsy shop is

I tried to get in contact with you, but I didn't get a reply. What do I do?

I always answer all your questions, usually within 2 days by email. If you didn't receive a reply, please get in contact with me again as it can always happen that your email got overlooked or lost.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. There is no expiration date and they can be partially used on multiple orders. Check out the Gift Card options to find the best fit.

Where are you based?

Everything is made in Barcelona, Spain.

Do the colors bleed when washing?

They will most likely bleed in the first few washes. Wash seperately or with similar colors the first few times. After that it should stop bleeding and it will be safe to wash with other colors. Even though it might bleed in the beginning, the colors won't fade. Read the Care instructions or the care card that came with your order.

TIP: If in doubt, place a white cloth underneath the garment when ironing to see if it still bleeds or not.
