SHIPPING
- Usually processed within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once an order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Worldwide shipping: Shipping is available to most countries in the world.
- Shipping rates are calculated during checkout because they are based on weight.
- Shipping from Spain mainland, located within the EU.
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct order information. If you need to update your shipping address after an order is placed, please send your new information before your order is processed. If your order is already processed, additional shipping fees may apply. If your order is already shipped, then I suggest you contact the owner of the information you provided.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
- These items will be made after you place an order. The turnaround time is usually 3-5 weeks and your order will be ready for processing. You can find the turnaround time in the shipping tab of each product page.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
- As long as your order is not processed, your orders can be combined.
- If the last order is a made-to-order item, then take into account the last turnaround time.
- Leave a note at checkout with your previous order number to combine it with.
- Excess shipping costs will be refunded to you within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
EUROPEAN UNION
- Standard (Correos): Items will be shipped with the local mail service Correos.
- Economy (Correos): Shipped by the local mail service Correos, with slower delivery times.
- Express: Items arrive much faster with this method and are usually handled by Fedex, UPS or any other express carrier.
INTERNATIONAL
- Express: Items arrive much faster with this method and are usually handled by Fedex, UPS or any other express carrier.
- UK: Shipped with FedEx.
- CANADA: Shipped with FedEx.
- USA: Shipped with UPS.
INSURANCE
Insurance on packages can be added upon request. Please ask for this option via email, as insurance costs are very variable.
CUSTOMS
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their local customs authorities. Please check with your local customs office for specific details and regulations before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.
UK: Orders with a value of 135 GBP or less (excluding shipping costs) may be exempt from import duties, but UK VAT will be collected at the point of sale. Orders exceeding 135 GBP may incur import duties and VAT. Customers may also be charged a handling fee by the postal service.
USA: Orders may be subject to import duties regardless of value, and state sales tax may apply.

LOST ITEMS
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail. Check up with your local mail service or the express carrier on what actions to take.
Reach out if your package hasn’t arrived. Usually, we are able to find an acceptable solution together.
